Intergroup Office

Intergroup office volunteers work in the office one day a week Monday – Saturday from 11 AM to 4 PM taking calls, making 12th Step referrals, greeting visitors, and selling AA literature..

Call Forwarding

Volunteers answer calls forwarded to them when the office is closed. When a call is received the volunteer refers to the 12th Step Volunteer List, contacting someone available to return the call or visit the person needing to talk.

12th Step List

When a call is received at the intergroup office or on call forwarding, the phone volunteer refers to the 12th Step Volunteer List and finds someone available to return the call or visit the person needing help.
